Fadi Awad’s Winning in “The Living Legends 2019” & His Latest News!
The Multi-Awards Winner Music Artist Fadi Awad is an Awarded Music Maker, Songwriter, DJ/Producer and Music Artist, who has done many achievements in the Industry without sponsorship and lately won “The Best Music Video Award” in The Greatest Show Of All Time: “The Living Legends 2019” done on the 28th of September in Zankel Hall at Carnegie Hall – New York! Fadi is also Nominated as a finalist this year in The “Hollywood Music In Media Awards” and Cyprus International Film Festival “Golden Aphrodite”… And while waiting for the results, he was been interviewed on “Star Music Radio” by The CEO, Presenter, Singer, and Actress in Robert De Niro, Al Pacino & 50 Cents movie “Righteous Kill”, T-HUNY… Here are the questions and answers of the interview:
Q- Hello Fadi and Congratulations first on all your achievements including the last one!… Fadi, what do you feel different after winning all these Awards?
A1- Well Hello T-Huny and thank you so much for congratulating and hosting me here today. After winning, you gain more experience and exposure, you have more contacts, and you evaluate more your own work!
Q- That’s true!… Fadi, the people who are close to you say that you’re a good clairvoyant. And as I remember when we did our first interview with you years ago, you told us about changing your digital promotion plan to get more Spotify steams and we were wondering why is that because at that time Spotify was newly opened and no one could have guessed that it will become a basic attraction of digital promotion but you! Then, we saw lately that you’re not focusing much there anymore, are there new changes in your promotional strategy?
A2- Honestly, and after a recent deep study, my team and I found that the current digital stores industry is not what we want, and it gets you no where. As well as the steaming services that humiliate the artists and turn them into “cents collectors”!… Selling your cd in the physical store in the past was way more respectable and profitable… We are distributing now our products to the digital stores just to be present there, no more no less, but we are focusing on other ways to sell them and to make money through methods that keep us able to continue producing professionally and to stay strong in the Market.
Q3- Ohh I see… Fadi, this is the first year that you participate with your tracks and music videos in Top Film Festivals & Contests, and so far, you won and reached the final in many! How do you feel about that?
A3- Yes indeed! I feel really good about that although the competition there is very hard.
Q- Do you intend to continue participating in 2020?
A- Yes, but not where I won this year, hoping to continue getting good results too…
Q- Are we going to see you soon in The Oscars and/or The GRAMMYS?
A5- In the Oscars probably if the coincidence happened that one of the films that has my music on participates there. But not in The Grammys… My team and I are acting now according to our new strategy…
Q- In your previous interview on London TV, you said that you’re going to participate in “The Real Big Fair Opened Festivals & Contests”. What do you mean by that please?
A- To participate in the big festivals and contests where everyone is welcome and treated equally and has an equal chance to win based on their submitted project. Many Superstars, Celebrities, Famous, Mainstream, and Independent Artists (famous and new ones) participate in those Contests and Festivals…
Q- Absolutely!… So Fadi getting back to the latest Award you won, it’s The “Living Legends 2019”! How did you feel while been called to get your Trophy as a Living Legend?
A7- I thank first all the Organizers, the Judges, and The Staff of that wonderful successful event, especially Clint Arthur & Alison Savitch. It was really a unique and distinguished feeling, a mixed one between being humble and being proud! It was really huge and it makes you earn the “Legend” title based on your work, and I was really so excited about it…
Q- True and well-deserved! You’ve walked your path since the late 80s without sponsorship and succeeded to do many big achievements and this is already huge!!!… Fadi, can you give us some details about your future projects?
A8- Thank you T-Huny for the appreciation. Well, I’m thinking about opening probably a small media group that will be added to our label’s consultation and projects management services in order to help other artists succeeding…
Q- Well we definitely wish you the best of success because you really deserve it!… Finally: What do you like to tell to your supporters out there?
A9- I would like to thank them All for their continuous appreciated support, asking them to continue being there, and promising them to always do my best to achieve the best results possible!
