Actress Gala Nikolic to Star In The New Electronic Arts Secret Project

Besides holding a Master of Fine Arts degree from the legendary California Institute of the Arts, Gala Nikolic was also the first Croatian artist to be admitted to the acting program there. Gala earned her BA (Bachelor of Arts) in Acting at the Academy of Applied Arts at Rijeka University, in Croatia. One of her acting teachers was Rade Serbedzija, who has been in countless films and is internationally known for his roles in Eyes Wide Shut, directed by Stanley Kubrick, Snatch, directed by Guy Ritchie, and he was also featured in The Saint, Mission Impossible 2, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows, Part 1 and many, many more.

This well-educated woman has more than one first. Gala is an actress in the new Electronic Arts secret project. She is also the first Croatian woman to be featured in a major video game franchise and as a playable character. She does voice overs for high impact and multi-award-winning video games. She is a multi-faceted, multi-talented and multi-hyphenated entertainment renaissance woman, to say the least.

When Gala is not doing voice overs for popular video games, she is a writer/director and actress for both stage productions and films. She has directed and acted in films which include, The More I Insult You, the More I Love You, and it was an official selection at the Liburnia Film Festival. She also directed I Won’t Make it to 25, which was shown at the CalArts Bijou Film Festival. She has numerous credits in stage productions such as, Land of the Wolves, which she wrote and directed. It won a Special Award at the Festival of Small Theatre Forms in Zajecar, Serbia Festivals-Zadar Festival of Monoplays 2023. She and the Land of the Wolves also received high praise at the Ruta Regional Theater Festival and Toured multiple national theaters and regions for over 4 years. Gala was an actress in Rhinoceros, which is a stage play written in 1959 by Eugene Ionesco. It is a Theatre Ulysses production that toured the Balkans and one of the tour sites was the Serbian National Theatre. We just skimmed the surface of what this extremely talented actress, writer, and director has done and is doing. Her resumé is much too long and too interesting to try and fill only one page. We are, however, watching to see what Gala will come up with next.
