There is a new fashion house making some serious buzz in the couture fashion sector. FERONA is a London-based haute couture label that specializes in the hand creation of evening, cocktail, and bridal fashions. The label uses traditional haute couture embroidery techniques, exquisite tailoring, and age-old couture secrets to produce the highest quality of apparel.

Inspired by the culture and traditions of Eastern Nigeria, FERONA is currently working on a new line called “20th Century Masquerade.” The unique details from this culture have been used as the inspiration behind a 20 piece collection to be debuted in Victoria Island, Nigeria at the brand’s official launch. Creative director and founder, Jennifer Onah, cites her own heritage as the core inspiration for her designs. The FERONA brand aims to build the business into an international luxury lifestyle brand. The collection will be showcased at an exclusive show in Lagos Nigeria this December, giving the brand the opportunity for the exposure needed to attract the right clientele and put this label on the map.
