THE CRAFT OF MISKAR CHOMSE

Miskar Chomse’s love for the craft of acting and filmmaking began from an early age. The performing arts inspired Chomse’s childhood years, participating in school plays and watching the films of famed directors Guy Ritchie, Martin Scorcese, and Luc Besson.

Chomse pursued his craft by studying at Trinity College London, earning the levels of Associate, and Licentiate in Speech and Drama, and at the New York Film Academy, earning a Master of Fine Arts for Acting and Film.

Chomse’s excellence in his craft is featured across medium and platforms from stage, television, web media and screen. His credits including leading and supporting roles in the films, ‘Guilty’, ‘Body & Mind’, and ‘Boss Ladies’. Television performances include the South Africa hit series, ‘Binnelanders’. Chomse’s stage credits include the performances of, ‘Pinocchio’, ‘The Lord Of The Dance’, and ‘The Chanied Book’. He has starred in the web series, ‘Finding The Father’, ‘IntoThe Ring’, and ‘Cursory’.

The 2019 release of ‘Body & Mind’, is the brainchild of Miskar Chomse. The film showcases Miskar’s full master of the filmmaking process, as the lead actor, screenplay writer, and as director. ‘Body & Mind’ is currently circulation and being recognized on the film festival circuit.

Chomse’s success and passion for his craft led to his involvement with two major international fringe festivals – The National Arts Festival in Grahamstown South Africa, and The Hollywood Fringe 2019, that  highlighted the struggles of international journalists in their fight for freedom of speech.

Miskar Chomse’s success has been rewarded with his casting and association with industry titans like Warner Bros., Netflix, Andy Serkis, Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler.
